Iceman and Ice woman

One day two girls were playing out in the snow and the eldest girl said ‘‘London we should make some snowmen’’ ‘‘good idea Pairs, let’s make a snowman and a snow woman’’ said the youngest girl, they made one of them with long icicles for hair the other had pointy bits of ice for his his. When they had finished their mother called it was diner time they were having chicken  with fresh water from the lake. When they had finished eating they went to bed little did they know that when they were sleeping the snowmen came to life. When London and Paris woke up they went outside and the snow people were gone. The sisters looked everywhere then Pairs

saw something it was a girl but she was made of ice ‘‘London look it’s Ice woman’’ whispered Pairs ‘‘really’’ yelled London. Ice woman heard London yell and ran away. ‘‘London!’’ exclaimed Pairs ‘‘you scared her now she’s gone’’ ‘‘i’m sorry I didn’t mean to it was a accident’’ said London ‘‘its okay just don’t do it again’’ Pairs told her so they went of on there to find Ice woman. About ten minutes they found her again, she was panting  beside a tree ‘‘um hello’’ said pairs Ice woman was about to run, but she was so tired she couldn't so she sat there hoping nothing bad would happen then said ‘‘why are you chasing me’’ ‘‘we weren't chasing you well we were chasing you just not the way you think. We also wanted to ask where Iceman was’’ ‘‘oh that’s why you were chasing me, and no I haven't seen Iceman ether I wonder if he’s okay’’ Ice woman told them ‘‘well we will help you find him’’ replied pairs and they set of on another journey to find iceman. After hours of walking they found iceman lying on the ground ‘‘Iceman’’ yelled Ice woman ‘‘yes’’ replied Iceman trying to wake up ‘‘Ice woman’’ he said ‘‘yes it’s me’’ she told him now let’s go to a place where it’s always winter. Oh and thank you two girls for helping us’’ ‘‘your welcome’’ they replied ‘‘bye have a nice trip’’ ‘‘bye we'll miss you’’ the ice people replied back and with that everything was back to normal for now.

Eating lunch.

As I walk out of the classroom I spot my friends waiting for me I sit down open my lunch box and eat.

Munch munch munch i’m eating my delicious lunch. As I eat a piece of mandarin it tastes off and disgusting it made my mouth scream ‘‘yuck!’’ I put my mandarin down and ate something else.

My class has been writing about cross country here's the slide that our class was working on I hope you like it XD

Autumn is the time of year were the leaves change color and fall. How the leaves change color is the chemicals inside the leaf they are chlorophyll and pigments. Chlorophyll is the chemical that makes the leaf green it also makes sugar for food. Pigments make the leaves red, yellow, orange and purple, but pigments don’t just change the color they also give all the sugar it has made to the tree so it can survive the coming winter until spring then the cycle starts all over again.

The nature trail

I heard the loud singing of so kind of insect from the trees.

I heard the howling of the strong breeze.

I saw a beautiful silver medal in the shape of hundreds of diamonds with a leafy green colour on top.

I felt like I was going to tumble down the steep steep bank.

I  felt the damp dirty dirt on the ground.

I wondered how did the nature trail begin.

I wondered how will the nature trail change in the future.

My puppy Jynx

My puppy is a chocolate colored Australian Kelpie, and her name is Jynx. One of her favorite thing to do is watch, and scare my chicken's. Another thing she like's to do is try eat my feet when i'm on my tramp. My mum is training her to be a show dog, and they go to a couple of shows a month. My mum is taking her to puppy class twice a week. We are teaching her tricks as well. 
She love's to play soccer with me most of the time I win but sometimes she (Jynx) wins. Jynx is the best dog in the world and no mater what happen's to her she'll always be the best 

The dark and stormy forest PT 1

 Once upon a time there were two princess's named Amethyst and Sapphire. Amethyst was best friends with a wolf named Jupiter. 
One night Sapphire was woken up by a thunder storm!  Amethyst didn't hear anything, nether did Jupiter and he was sleeping on her bed. Sapphire ran into Amethyst's room and under her cover's, they didn't see that Jupiter had ran out into the wild when they were chatting. Amethyst felt him jump off her bed and told Sapphire to follow him, so they did, but they stopped  at the end of there property because Jupiter was running into the dark and stormy forest !!!

Cross Country

Hi my buddy's and I have been writing about cross country, here is our story.

Cross country!!

Cross country’s coming up, and our school is excited.

(In cross country we run a long way and longer as you get older.)

Every year our school has a cross country. Kauri team does a harder course than Totara and Kowhai teams.

Some of us are hoping to get into inter school. There are going to be 8 kids that will go to inter schools, but inter schools is much longer because it is supposed to be a challenge.

We will be running 2.5km through our school starting at the middle of Putikitiki along the outside, up the hill, through middle and past all the classes up top past the office and out the gate. All the way around the school down a hill which leads to Putikitiki. Year 5 and 6 have to run twice. I hope we can all agree that cross country hard, and that we all want to win, but I think that it’s good to have a try.
